About the Role:
We are looking for an Administrator who will endeavour to act as first point of contact for queries to the Ecological Citizens Network, including being responsible for administering the EC inbox. The postholder will provide comprehensive administrative support for EC staff for all processes relating to preparing, submitting and managing research, Knowledge Exchange and Executive Education bids, budgets and projects. In addition, they will provide project support to senior staff as required, including arranging meetings and acting as the point of contact between research centre academic, support staff, research students, industry partners, academic partners, funding bodies, philanthropic donors and other third parties.

This is a fast-paced role with many moving parts. Our workflows change and move rapidly, so the ideal candidate will be someone who can manage numerous things simultaneously. You will need an innate ability to prioritise tasks based on their importance and urgency, able to meet multiple deadlines, and adapt to new responsibilities.
