We are looking for an outstanding individual to join The Academic Development Office (ADO) as an Administrative Assistant. The ADO facilitates the College’s strategic vision of advancing art and design education through the review and renewal of its academic offer. This is an incredible programme aiming to better inform our students about the study options available to them, as well as the possible career paths that they might follow beyond graduation.
Supporting the programme's delivery, coordination, organisation and administration – the Administrative Assistant needs to possess strong communication skills, the ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role works closely with the Graduate Diploma Administrator and the Head of Programme, providing support with administrative processes that span across the student lifecycle, including admissions, induction, and assessment.
